VBuzzer Home Phone Service includes a 30-day money back guarantee. If you are dissatisfied with our service for any reason, we will provide a full refund of your Service Charges if you cancel your service within 30 days of activation

The 30-day money back guarantee does not apply to hardware (adapter) purchases or shipping fees. If you received a free VBuzzer adapter with your subscription and wish to cancel within the 30-day period, you must ship and return the adapter to VBuzzer within the 30-day trial period. All returned equipment must be in the original packaging with the bar code intact. All component and manuals must be included. Failure to comply may subject you to a USD$45 plus tax device fee.
