VBuzzer’s Fair Usage Policy
We reserve the right immediately to either suspend your service, offer you an alternative call plan or terminate your service if we determine, in our sole and absolute discretion, that your use of the Service or the Device is, or at any time was, inconsistent with normal residential usage patterns or you exceed the fair usage limits set out below. In addition, you will be required to pay for all periods in which your use of the service was inconsistent with normal residential use or the fair usage limits set out below.
Terms used in this Fair Usage Policy have the same meanings ascribed to them in our Terms of Service.
VOICE SERVICES:
BUZZ Canada/USA Plan
Outgoing calls included in your BUZZ Canada/USA plan are subject at all times to normal residential calling patterns, up to a limit of 3000 minutes in aggregate during each monthly billing cycle for outgoing inclusive local and long distance calls anywhere in Canada and the United States (excluding Alaska, Northwest Territories, Nunavut, Yukon)*. VBuzzer to VBuzzer and Long distance / international calls are excluded from this policy.
BUZZ North America Plan
Outgoing calls included in your BUZZ North America plan (Canada, USA, Mexico, Puerto Rico) are subject at all times to normal residential calling patterns up, to a limit of 3000 minutes in aggregate during each monthly billing cycle for outgoing calls anywhere in Canada and the United States (excluding Alaska, Northwest Territories, Nunavut, Yukon)*. VBuzzer to VBuzzer and long distance / international calls are excluded from this policy.
SMS SERVICES:
SMS is limited to 100 messages per month and is strictly for Person-to-Person (P2P) communication; exceeding this limit may result in charges of $0.01 per message or service suspension. Marketing and automated business communications (A2P) are prohibited, and any user requiring business SMS must register via The Campaign Registry to obtain a valid campaign code before sending (specialized SMS plans will be required).
* Minutes reset each monthly billing period start and do not carry forward.
* As a fraud and security measure, calls exceeding 6 hours in length may be subject to disconnection.
* The use of predictive or auto dialers, or Call Center traffic on VBuzzer lines is strictly prohibited (inbound or outbound).
