You need to obtain an approved Vbuzzer Affiliate/Reseller Account first. Simply answer all questions on the short form available on the web site. We prefer that you have prior experience with the service.

If you plan to set up affiliate link to Vbuzzer, obtain and copy the affiliate link for your master reseller account, then paste the link onto your personal web log, forums, communities and chat rooms etc.

If you are a web portal or social networking site, and plan to voice-enable your community with Vbuzzer, please contact us to set up a review session; we may need to customize a solution for you.

If you plan to resell Vbuzzer Calling Service, you need to purchase Vbuzzer Credits within your master reseller account using your credit card or Paypal, and then let us know the desired composition of the face value of Vbuzzer Credits.

If you plan to provide VoIP service based on Vbuzzer system in your niche market, you need to go through the following steps.

Step 1, you need to configure your IP Phones and/or Adaptors to make sure they work with Vbuzzer system. Vbuzzer VoIP system employs standard Session Initiation Protocol, so in theory it should be compatible with all SIP devices. However, our policy is to not support any 3rd party hardware and software, so it is your full responsibility to make your devices working with Vbuzzer. Step 2, you need to open as many sub accounts as you need in your master reseller account. Please note that one sub account (each set of username and password) corresponds to one unique device, or one unique port of a device. The relationship is one to one only.

Step 3, you may set your rates for your sub accounts. At present we support two ways to set rates. One way is to apply a mark up percentage on top of the Vbuzzer retail rate, for instance, 50% means that 50% is added on top of the Vbuzzer retail rates as your rates to all your sub accounts. The other way is to specify a rate for certain countries. Using the above example, if you specify a $0.05 on USA and apply 50% on all other countries, then your rates will be 50% increase to your Vbuzzer retail rates, except for USA, where your rate is straight $0.05 per minute.

Step 4, in order to start service provisioning, you must purchase Vbuzzer Credits with your credit cards, Paypal, or bank wire transfer which is preferred for large payments more than $1000. We provide discounts for bulk purchase, for example, you pay only $450 to get $500 credits. After the credit is loaded into your master reseller account, you can transfer them in smaller amounts to as many sub accounts as you want. Now each sub account becomes a pre-paid account with this maximum level of credit. When used up, no additional calls can be made till additional credits are transferred. Please make sure that you always have credit in your master reseller account to avoid the disconnection of all calls from all your master/sub accounts.

Step 5, last but most important, you need to set up the mechanism to receive payments from your customers. It is entirely your responsibility and it depends largely on the local environments. Payments can be many forms, like cash, credit card, bank transfer etc. Your profit will come from the vbuzzer discount you receive and the sales you make e.g. if you purchased $450 Vbuzzer Credits and sell them at $1000, then you immediately earned a $50 Vbuzzer bonus and $500 from sales for a $550 total all yours to keep.

If you plan to use soft phone to provide VoIP service, same principle applies, you need to go through all the above steps.

If you are the owner of a Internet Cafe, and plan to add VoIP service to your business, you need to download Vbuzzer Messenger to every computers and sign up a sub account for each of them, purchase Vbuzzer Credit with your master reseller account, and transfer smaller amounts into the sub accounts. Then you are ready to let your visitors make phone calls and charge them cash as you choose.

If you plan to run a call shop using Vbuzzer System, you need to go through all the steps described under the Vbuzzer-based VoIP Service Provider, e.g.

If you plan to run a prepaid calling card system, you need to provide the customer premises equipment including local access equipment (VoIP gateway) as well as local access numbers for your customer to dial in the local access number. Vbuzzer is only able to provide the backend system like call routing, billing, interactive voice response, credit control, call details record etc. Please note that prepaid calling card business is a typical locally operated business and is different from the internet business.
