How to setup a sub account
1. Go to www.vbuzzer.com, login;
2. Find Create Subaccount on the left menu, and click.
3. Fill the form and click "Submit" button.
4. Go to Manage Subaccount on the left menu to check sub account's information, service usage, block and unblock sub
accounts.
How to transfer money
a. Transfer between master account and sub accounts (in or out).
1. Go to Transfer Credit on the left menu.
2. Input amount, from and to then click "Submit" button. Here from and to is the ID of master account or any sub account. That means you can transfer from master
account to sub account or from sub account to master account or from sub account to other sub account.
b. Transfer to any other accounts: Can only transfer out.
1. Go to My Account on the top menu.
2. Scroll down, find Make a transfer and click.
3. Input transfer to and amount, and then click "Transfer". Transfer is to any other vbuzzer ID.
How to check usage
a. Reseller profit (where you are selling at a rate greater than our rate to you)
1. Go to My Account on the top menu, then your will see "Reseller Profit" in the first section.
b. Account usage:
1. Go to Manage Subaccount on the left menu. You will see a list of all accounts which belongs to you with their current balances.
2. Click any vbuzzer ID in the list to see all usage and information about the sub account.
3. System will pop up a new page for this sub account; find "Account Information" section, and click "See Detail" to see all account details.
4. Find "Activities" section, choose a month, click "Query" to check usage summary of that month. There is a total calls in the bottom line. Click the call number to see all call details.
How to pay
1. Go to Make a Payment on the left menu. You can choose to pay online by Paypal or Credit card by clicking Online payment, or send us Money order or Bank draft under the instruction.
2. Online payment:
a) Choose amount you want to pay from the list, and then click "Continue".
b) Click "Credit Card" or "Paypal".
c) For credit card, input your card number, expiration date and billing information, then click "Pay now", you may be optionally redirected to input your online password of your credit card.
d) For Paypal, you will be redirected to Paypal's website, Paypal will prompt you to input your Paypal account ID and password to login to your Paypal account and continue to finish your payment.
Steps to get going as a reseller using our generic site
1. Register as a reseller on our site and setup a master account.
2. Provide us userid, logo, tagline, and any other options you select, via an email. See the prices for each feature.
3. Once we get the payment, we will create the area of the generic site with your logo, your userid (e.g. voiper) as the header, and the other options you select.
4. Your customers will go to http://voiper.voiproute.com
5. You will deposit $450 or $850 to your master account. We will credit your account with $500 or $1000 respectively.
6. You can log in to your account and setup sub accounts for each user and manage their accounts using the system.
7. The users will access your page by entering http://voiper.voiproute.com , they will be directed to your page and can login and see all their info without our vbuzzer brand.
8. You can transfer funds from your master account to any sub account at any time as long as there is money in the master to cover the transfer.
9. You can refill the master account at any time. For deposits of $450 or $850 you get $500 or $1000 respectively.
