How It Works?
The call shop software is a hosted solution that allows you to operate on the web, no matter where you are. No need to install and configure any call shop software in your local operations. Once you’ve been approved, just go through these easy steps to get the system up and running.
Step 1, Configure IP Phones and/or Adaptors to work with Vbuzzer Call Shop System. Vbuzzer VoIP employs standard Session Initiation Protocol, so in theory it should be compatible with all SIP devices. However, our policy is to not support any 3rd party hardware and software, so it is your full responsibility to make your SIP devices working with Vbuzzer.
Attention: You must configure the call shop system address, not the retail system address, into your IP Phone/Adaptor. The correct address is: callshop1.vbuzzer.com

Step 2, Open as many phone booth accounts as you need from your call shop administrative center. One such account (each pair of username and password) should correspond to one unique device (calling station), or one unique port of a device. The relation must be one to one.
Step 3, Set your own rates for your accounts. These will be the calling rates for your customers. At present we support two ways to set rates. The default way is to apply a percentage increase on Vbuzzer’s Call Shop a-z rates, for instance, 50% means that 50% is added on top of Vbuzzer’s Call Shop a-z rates as your rates to all your customers. The other way is to specify a rate for certain countries. Using the above example, if you specify a $0.05 on USA and apply 50% on all other countries, then your rates will be 50% increase to all other countries, except for USA, where your rate is straight $0.05 per minute.
Step 4, Buy credits from Vbuzzer to prepay you a-z traffic. You can do so with your credit cards, Paypal account, or with wire transfers at banks. We provide options to prepay $500 up to $5000 at a time. After the payment has been received, the credit is loaded into your account, you can now pass VoIP traffic to any country at our special a-z rates for call shops.
Step 5, Load money into your phone booth account, this can be the money your customer prepays you, or any amount you want to load in. Now each phone booth becomes a prepaid calling station. Phone calls will be automatically cut off when the amount is approached, all calls will be cut off when you deplete your credit in your master account. So make sure that you always have credit in your master account to avoid the disconnection of all calls.
