Q: Cisco ATA 186 has 2 phone ports, can I configure 2 phone numbers from Vbuzzer?
A: Yes, you can configure each port with a phone number from Vbuzzer. In order to do so, you need to create 2 Vbuzzer accounts and subscribe a number to each individual account.
Q: I bought a Cisco ATA 186 or Cisco IP Phone elsewhere and would like you to configure it for me, can you?
A: We charge $2 5 to configure each device plus shipping and handling. You can send it in with your account information so we know which account to configure it to.
