Caller ID: Displays the caller’s phone number when you are receiving a phone call. You can also display your phone number if you are a subscriber of a phone number from Vbuzzer.
Voicemail: If you miss a call or choose not to answer a call, the caller can leave you a voicemail. The voicemail is converted into an MP3 file and sent to your email. You can listen to voicemail files with a media player such as Windows Media Player.
Call forward: Incoming calls can be forwarded to another phone number, domestic or international, as long as your account has a credit balance.
The forwarded calls will be charged to your Vbuzzer account based on calling rates or plans.
Vbuzzer offers 3 type of intelligent call forwarding:
1. Always forwarding: Incoming calls will always be forwarded to a designated number.
2. Busy forward: Incoming calls will only be forwarded to another number if the line is busy.
3. No answer forwarding: Incoming calls will only be forwarded to another number if there is no answer on the main line.
Call fork: Fork incoming calls to multiple phone numbers (cell phone, office phone and home phone).
All the phones will ring when there is an incoming call until you answer one of them.
