2.7.1 What is web call? How it works?
Web call refers to a call method via a web page, where a user can enter 2 phone numbers, usually one of his/her own. The system calls these 2 numbers respectively and connects the 2 parties to talk.

2.7.2 What is the calling rate of a web call?
The calling rate of a web call is the sum of calling rate to each phone numbers. For example, if you enter a Brazil mobile phone number to call, and your own number is a Canadian mobile number, the calling rate will be the sum of per minute rates to each respective number.

2.7.3 Who pays for the web call?
The person who initiates the web call will be the payer. Since the web call is account-based, the call will be charged to the account from which it is initiated.

2.7.4 Can I use my mobile phone to initiate web calls?
Yes, you can use your mobile internet browser to initiate web calls. You will need to log into your account and provide your account information before calls can be made. Please note that you will be using your mobile data plan when browsing the internet.

2.7.5 Why should I use web call when the rates are higher?
When you ca not run the software application, a web-initiated call might be the best solution for you. The rates are higher than Vbuzzer VoIP, but are still considerably cheaper than most other long distance rates. For instance, calling 2 US numbers is only $0.04 per minute through Vbuzzer Web Call, while other providers charge $0.25 per minute calling to the US.
