2.6.1 What is Call Me button? How it works?
The Call Me button is a web page gadget that allows a visitor to click to talk to you right from the web browser using a headset. You can configure it to receive calls with Vbuzzer Messenger for free, or have the calls forwarded to your landline or mobile phone for a fee. You can create a Call Me button from your Vbuzzer account and the button is linked to your account for its call routing and spending.
2.6.2 Can I embed it into my personal web page or ecommerce page?
Yes, the Call Me button is designed to be embedded in your personal page like iGoogle, personal auction portal on Ebay or any similar web/ ecommerce page.
2.6.3 Why should I embed it?
It makes it easier for your audience to reach you, without disclosing your real phone number on the web. If your audience can reach you directly by a single click, you are increasing customer satisfaction and in turn increasing your business potential.
2.6.4 Do I have to pay if somebody clicks the Call Me button?
It depends on how you receive the calls. If you configure a call forward to your regular phone, there will be a per minute cost charged. If you leave the setting to its default configuration, Vbuzzer Messenger will pop up when there is an incoming call and there is no cost for it.
2.6.5 How do I get code to embed it on my personal page?
Log in to your account at www.vbuzzer.com and click the link to “Get Code for My Call Me Button”. Follow through the wizard instructions and you will be given a code. From there you can embed the code to the appropriate place of your personal page, blog, or auction portal.
