我目前住在BURNABY，BC，想选择LOCAL PHONE PLAN， 但是在城市选择中没有找到BURNABY，想请问在BURNABY可以使用你们的LOCAL PHONE PLAN吗？另外下载完成后从你们那里获得的电话号码还需要另外付费吗？如果将来我想将international phone service 加进来的话，如何操作？另外我想通过下载免费的VBUZZER软件来打出和接听电话，是否也会免费从你们那获得一个电话号码（以便别人通过普通电话打给我）？此外，要想接听别人打过来的电话，我是否要保持VBUZZER MESSENGER一直处于在线状态？谢谢！
