A friend of mine keeps having problems calling my vbuzzer number. He says that he gets a message telling him that my number is not in service. He's calling from a rogers cell phone.

Has anyone else had this problem?

Can your vbuzzer buzzme number be reached by other carrier, such as Bell and Telus?

If yes, you need to let your friend ask rogers for help.

Yes, he's the only one who has told me that he has problems calling my number. The weird thing is that most of the time he's able to get through. This only happens once in a while, but it keeps happening.

I have the same experience. I know for sure it has nothing to do with the other phone company nor the internet service provider. What happens is that itermittently, when someone calls, the response from Vbuzzer is that "you cannot reach the caller". EVERYTHING is fine, internet connection is OK, other phone company is OK. It is a Vbusser ISSUE. And calling out is OK. And in a very short periord of time (or longer), the problem goes away.

I have been using Vbuzzer for years and I can say from my own experience that this is not your imagination and it is a defect of Vbuzzer. That being said, Vbuzzer offers good and cost effective services most of the time. And depending on you individual case, you may or may not want use it for your main phone services.

And the only solution I propose is to use the call forward to fork the call to your cell phone, so that you know you will receive your call at your cell phone for sure (I have never had this freature fail on me). And you can pick up the Vbuzzer phone or the cell phone (or other phone).

My 2 cents!!!

Yes I have the same issue. itermittently my vbuzzer number has problem receiving calls. And when that happens, I can still make calls out using the line, which means my vbuzzer account and internet connection are all good.
This happens more often recently. Vbuzzer should look into it and fix.

Regards!

We shall look at this issue.

This issue only happens to Rogers or other service providers?
And any special time? Like peak time.

In my case, it has happened at different times. Anywhere from 12:00pm to 7:00pm eastern.
