Q: When I dial the access number, am I charged with airtime by my cell phone carrier?
A: No. The system is set busy and won't answer any calls.
Q: I dialed the access number but didn't get callback, why?
A: This maybe caused by:
1) You blocked your caller ID so the system doesn't know to which number to call, in this event you need to make your caller ID unblocked and try again.
2) Some cell phone models don't auto disconnect the call upon busy signal, in this event you need to manually hang up the call in order to receive callback.
Q: I got a big cell phone bill after using callback, why?
A: Two possible causes, make sure you don't make these mistakes:
1) You don't yet have an unlimited incoming plan. The callback service only turns your outgoing minutes to incoming minutes, but it still uses your airtime.
2) You pressed "Send" button instead of "#" key after you enter the number, in this event you are directly using your outbound airtime which is surely expensive.
Q: Can I test the callback before I pay?
A: Sure, dial 416-273-7777 to test it. Remeber each call is limited to 10 seconds.
